Holiday Baking

I had a nice time in Atlanta for the holidays. The weather was warm, the presents and shopping were plentiful, and I got to practice using my new camera from Chris. Here is a shot of the swedish bread that my mom makes annually, Julekake.

Mom also made some popovers, her favorite recipe in the bread recipe book that Cousin Liv sent me for the Christmas book exchange (Mom owned the book in the 1970s; my edition is the 25th anniversary edition). We will both have to try making Liv's favorite recipe too sometime.
