Thyme to dig a root cellar
Chris and I, inspired by Mae, signed up for a winter CSA box. Our first one came last week. Yesterday we made a tasty thyme-roasted sweet potato dish and tonight I'm going to try a beet dish. Any other recipe suggestions? We also got a ton of carrots, cilantro, basil, garlic and greens.

Epicurious.com has been two for two. In addition to the sweet potato recipe we tried a roasted beet recipe which was delicious!
What is a CSA box?
