Sewing project #1

Sewing machines are complicated robots. Here is my refurbished machine that I am looking forward to getting to know how to use. I'm glad it came with the original manual.

 Some helpful tools.

I signed up for Sewing 101 at a local trendy fabric shop that specializes in quilting. There were lots of cool fabrics. I got to pick somewhat coordinating fabrics for our class project, a pillow. Looking forward to the class on Thursday and the final project.
