An Israeli breakfast for dinner
Last night my Israeli roommate-for-a-month made me a typical Israeli breakfast for dinner. In addition to an omelette, a 'salad' is prepared using chopped vegetables, lemon juice and olive oil and spices. It was yummy, and healthy!
And oh yes, I do adore felafel too. Have you taken Hadas to Felafels yet? The Israeli who owns it is leaving for Korea soon (Felafels is staying though).

What no felafel? I used to like that middle eastern food when I was traveling over there.
Dad
Veggies sound very yummy!
