Bloomington Flash Flooded!

We had several severe thunderstorms roll through Bloomington today, and the final one occurred around 5pm. For some reason there is a creek that flows through the Baxter parking lot, and by 5:15 the parking lot was completely flooded for the first time in at least six years. Fortunately my car was unscathed and I managed to drive through the newly formed lake out the back exit...here are some photos from downtown Bloomington on Kirkwood Avenue:
