Trip to Canada and NYC

We are back from our trip to PEI, Nova Scotia and NYC -- we enjoyed it in spite of almost daily rain. Here's a shot from the beach on PEI and one of me outside the St. Ann's church lobster supper -- scene of a very memorable family dinner in 1990. And Lynda on the road to the lighthouse outside Louisbourg, NS.

Mae was a great host in NYC when we visited her on our way back (in Brooklyn where she was staying). We enjoyed hanging out with a real New Yorker including a visit to the Brooklyn Bridge. Driving into and out of NYC was a real experience.

After many days in the car, it's great to be home and not going anywhere.
