March Winter Weekend in NYC and Tennessee

We are having wintry weather from NYC to Elkins Avenue...Mae shared this picture of Mom and Meike on the Brooklyn Bridge.

We had a small ice storm in Tennessee, all the trees were icy.  Not too much, though, we didn't lose power and not many trees lost limbs. 

Little icicles on our little magnolia tree (the dusting of snow in the back is the most snow we've gotten all winter).

"But what about the starter garden from Decatur?" you are probably asking yourself....well, we have brought all the plants inside for this last weekend of winter, and you can see from the photo that the Hellebores are perfectly happy to bloom inside...and you can see our new futon for the guest room in the background.
