Happy unbirthday!
As we await the imminent birthday of a new cousin, here is a picture Teresa sent, of some birthday or another. Four? Five? Maybe we are in England.

I like your dresses. I had a couple like that (including one that belonged to my mom!) for special occasions too.
You were four I think and definitely not in England. I loved those little smocked dresses and I think I still have them! MOM
