Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!  Chris got in the Halloween spirit at the Ghouls at Grassmere event at the zoo on Friday - here he is with his work colleagues in their spooky costumes with glowing eyes.

Chris carved our pumpkin and roasted the pumpkin seeds yesterday - salt and vinegar and cajun seasoning...better than halloween candy!

I ran the Halloween Hunt 5 miles at Long Hunter State Park yesterday.  It was a nice paved flat course around Couch Lake and I've added some more photos to my Tennessee State Park Running Tour picasa album (click here to follow link).

Finally we went for a walk on the Brookemead Greenway and spotted this juvenile broad-winged hawk.
