Rock Island State Park - Tennessee S.P. Running Tour
We made it out to the first race of the 2010-11 TN State Park Running Tour at Rock Island State Park yesterday. The weather was beautiful, and Chris kayaked on the Caney Fork River while I ran the brutal 5 mile trail run. I'm already looking forward to the next race. Congratulations, Ingrid. Trail running must be quite different from road running and maybe more fun. It really looks like a gorgeous place. I'm glad the weather was good.
